As the BLAST R6 Manchester Major looms just a few days away, anticipation surges among Rainbow Six fans worldwide.

Set to commence on May 16th, this high-stakes tournament marks the inaugural international showdown of the season, pitting twenty elite teams from diverse regional leagues against one another.

Format:

With a three-phase format promising intense competition, fans eagerly await the spectacle, poised to witness which squad will emerge triumphant and claim the coveted title of champions in Manchester.

  • Phase 1
    • It will feature an intense 8-team Double-Elimination bracket.
    • All matches are Best of 3 (Bo3),
    • The top 4 teams advance to Phase 2.
  • Phase 2
    • It adopts a 16-team Swiss System Format.
    • Elimination matches remain Bo3, while others shift to Bo1.
    • The top 8 teams from Phase 2 proceed to Phase 3.
  • Phase 3
    • It introduces an 8-team Single-Elimination bracket.
    • Quarter and Semifinals maintain the Bo3 format,
    • While the Grand Final intensifies with a Bo5 showdown, complete with standard overtime rules.

Participating Teams:

A total of 20 teams will be participating in the tournament. Eight of these teams will have to fight it out for four spots in Phase 2, where the remaining 12 teams will already be waiting.

    • Round 1 and 2 matches will all be Bo1s and will be played on May 19th. They will begin at 1:00 pm CET | 4:00 am PDT
    • Round 3 matches will begin on May 20th | 2:15 pm CET | 5:15 am PDT.
    • Round 4 matches will begin on May 21st | 2:15 pm CET | 5:15 am PDT.
    • Round 5 matches will begin on May 22nd | 2:15 pm CET | 5:15 am PDT.

    • Quarterfinal 1 | 11:00 am CET | 2:00 am PDT
    • Quarterfinal 2 | 2:30 pm CET | 5:30 am PDT

Where to Watch:

Phase 1 and 2 matches will be streamed live on the official BLAST Rainbow Six and BLAST Rainbow Six Bravo channels.

Phase 3 matches will be broadcast on the main channel.
