These four direct invited teams are the four top teams from The International 2023. Team Spirit had a dominant run at the tournament. They took a clean series against Gaimin Gladiators at the grand final to claim their second aegis.

Unlike Team Spirit, Gaimin had a marvelous DPC Season. They took all the Major titles, but at TI12, the team had to start from the lower bracket due to an unforeseeable upset. Nevertheless, the team went for a near-perfect lower-bracket run. They took down several titans like Team Liquid and BetBoom Team.

LGD Gaming and Azure Ray placed third and fourth at The International 2023, respectively. For Chinese Dota fans, the tournament would be perfect to see their favourite team play better and hopefully avenge the TI defeats.
