The countdown to the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 is on, and teams from across the globe are securing their spots through intense RMRs. With some regions already concluded, here's a look at the teams that have punched their tickets to Shanghai.

Asia-Pacific RMR

The Asia-Pacific region offered three Major spots, and the competition was fierce. While The Mongolz were favored to qualify, the journey was full of surprises, including an upset by FlyQuest, who toppled DRILLAS and Lynn Vision Gaming. Meanwhile, Rare Atom proved themselves as a dominant force with convincing performances to secure their place.

Americas RMR

CS2 Perfect World Shanghai Major Americas RMR qualified The 7 teams qualified for the CS2 Shanghai Major via Americas RMR

The Americas RMR showcased a mix of predictable and surprising outcomes. Wildcard Gaming, led by veteran Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz, shocked everyone with a flawless 3-0 performance to take the top spot. The rest of the slots were filled by familiar names, but the final qualification battle between FURIA and M80 ended with FURIA’s commanding win, solidifying their spot.
