Dycha and Hades Part Ways with ENCE to join Monte
Today, ENCE announced on their X account that they are parting ways with Aleksander "hades" Miskiewicz and Paweł "dycha" Dycha.
Today we bid our official farewells to @hadesCS2 & @Dychacs as they transfer to @Monte_Esports 🤝 We wish you all the best in the new organization 🧡 See you on the server!
The duo will be joining Monte, marking a significant roster change for the Ukrainian team.
POLSKI GANG W AKCJI! 🇵🇱 😎 Warm welcome to our new players @Dychacs & @hadesCS2 and assistant coach @nawrot_cs 🫶 Are you ready for a new season?! We are! #MonteGang
This move comes after both players were benched from ENCE in late May, following disappointing performances in recent tournaments.
With the departure of Volodymyr "Woro2k" Veletniuk, the captaincy of Monte will transfer to hades. The Polish player briefly took up leadership in late 2023 with 9INE, before the core transferred to ENCE. Hades' experience and leadership skills are expected to bring new strategic depth to Monte's gameplay.
Former 9INE coach Piotr "nawrot" Nawrocki has also joined Monte as an assistant coach to work alongside head coach Serhij "lmbt" Bezhanov to bolster the team’s leadership.
Welcome to the team @Dychacs @hadesCS2 @nawrot_cs ✌🏻 I’m super excited about this project and I cannot wait for the new season to start already! To make it clear, @hadesCS2 is taking an IGL role and @nawrot_cs is our new Assistant Coach! Special thanks to @miqaqu and
Benching and Performance Issues
ENCE benched Hades and Dycha after their new Polish-majority roster failed to perform at the PGL Major Copenhagen and ESL Pro League Season 19.
We welcome @somedieyoungCS and @podicsgo to the main roster 🔥 With that, @hadesCS2 and @Dychacs will move to the bench. 📰 ence.gg/article/ence-c…
It was hades' second benching from the Finnish organization. The organization previously replaced the Pole with academy prospect Paavo "podi" Heiskanen. This was despite his status as the team's highest-rated player in 2024.
Dycha, on the other hand, struggled with his form throughout 2024. After the IGL transition from Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer to Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander in late 2023 and subsequent role changes, he experienced a significant drop in performance.
Monte's New Lineup
Monte's revamped lineup now includes:
- Sergiy "DemQQ" Demchenko
- Szymon "kRaSnaL" Mrozek
- Martin "STYKO" Styk
- Olek "hades" Miskiewicz
- Paweł "dycha" Dycha
Sergey "lmbt" Bezhanov still serves as head coach.
This new Monte lineup is set to debut at the ESL Challenger League Season 48: Europe. Although the tournament starts in 4 days, it will be interesting to see how the new line-up manages to perform on the server.
Hades' leadership and dycha's experience, despite recent struggles, could provide the necessary elements for Monte to rise in the rankings. Fans and analysts alike will be watching closely to see how these changes impact the team.
