After an intense Play-in Stage, IEM Katowice 2025 has its final 16 teams ready to battle for glory at the legendary Spodek Arena. The tournament now moves into the Group Stage, where in less than 24 hours, two double-elimination groups will decide which eight teams advance to the Playoffs.

Group Stage Format and Schedule

Each group consists of eight teams, competing in high-stakes Bo3 matches. The top team from each group will earn a direct bye to the Semifinals, while the second and third-place teams will advance to the Quarterfinals, fighting for a chance at the coveted IEM Katowice title.

The Group Stage is set to run from February 1st until the last match of groups is played on February 4th, when all six qualified teams will move on to the Playoffs for a shot at the 2025 IEM Katowice trophy.

Groups and Opening Matches

Group A

G2 Esports , FaZe Clan, and Team Vitality headline a stacked Group A, with underdogs like Eternal Fire and 3DMAX looking to cause upsets.

Group B

With Team Spirit, NAVI , and MOUZ in contention, Group B promises thrilling matchups. Meanwhile, Astralis  and The MongolZ aim to prove they belong among the best.
