Valentine’s Day 2025

From February 4 to February 18, step into a Cupid Hanzo-themed showdown in the Love of Geometry mode. This 4v4 Deathmatch brings back Hanzo’s original Scatter Arrow ability, ensuring there’s no safe corner for your enemies.

6v6 Experimental Mode: Minimum 1, Maximum 3

The nostalgia is real with the return of a 6v6 format! In this experimental mode, each team must include at least one hero from each role but no more than three from any role.

  • Hero Selection: First-come, first-serve.
  • Role Switching: Players can swap roles at spawn.
  • Availability: Play from January 21st to February 3rd in Unranked.

Feedback from this experiment could influence future gameplay dynamics.

Overwatch Classic - Moth Meta

Relive the chaotic Moth Meta era, where Mercy's Resurrects redefine team fights. Classic heroes like Doomfist, Sombra, and Orisa, alongside iconic maps such as Eichenwalde and Junkertown, bring back the thrill of 2017 gameplay.

This mode uses hero balances from September 2017.

New Mythic Weapon: Ashe’s Lead Rose

  • Level 1: Base weapon.
  • Level 2: Reactive visuals and Mythic HUD.
  • Level 3: Stylish flourish—throw a taunting rose at opponents.
  • Level 4: Rose petal explosion elimination effects.

Complete the challenges and watch Ashe blossom as you earn eliminations.

Competitive Updates

  • Competitive Drives
      • From February 11 to February 16, compete in Competitive Drive Stages to earn up to 6,000 Competitive Points, enough to unlock two Jade or Golden Weapon Variants.
  • Rewards Transition
    • Season 14 marks the final opportunity to redeem Competitive Points for Jade Weapon Variants. Starting Season 15, all remaining points will convert to Legacy Competitive Points, usable only for Golden Weapon Variants.
