Overwatch 2 Valentine’s Day Event 2025 Now Live
Love is in the air, and so is Hanzo’s Scatter Arrow! The Overwatch 2 Valentine’s Day event 2025 has officially begun, bringing the Love of Geometry game mode, festive challenges, and a chance to earn exclusive in-game rewards.
Here’s everything you need to know about this limited-time event, including how to participate, what rewards to expect, and how to master the returning Cupid Hanzo mode!
When Does the Overwatch 2 Valentine’s Day Event End?
The Overwatch 2 Valentine’s Day event 2025 runs from February 4th to February 18th, giving players two weeks to complete challenges and unlock rewards. Whether you’re looking to grind out Battle Pass XP or collect limited-time cosmetics, now’s the perfect time to jump in.
Love of Geometry: Hanzo’s Scatter Arrow Returns!
The Love of Geometry mode is the highlight of this year’s event. This 4v4 Team Deathmatch mode forces all players to pick Cupid Hanzo, Overwatch’s resident bowmaster, and battle it out with his Scatter Arrow ability, which has returned just for this event!

How Love of Geometry Works:
- Players are locked into Cupid Hanzo.
- Scatter Arrow is enabled, allowing arrows to bounce off surfaces and hit multiple targets.
- The first team to reach 50 eliminations wins the match.
If you miss Hanzo’s old Scatter Arrow or just want to try your luck with some wild ricochet shots, this mode is a must-play!
Tips for Mastering Love of Geometry:
- Use walls and tight corridors to maximize Scatter Arrow’s bounce potential.
- Aim for the floor or walls to catch enemies off guard.
- Stick with your team to avoid getting picked off.
- Be unpredictable—if your opponents expect a straight shot, use a bounce instead!
