After weeks of speculation, Sentinels have finally officially confirmed the signing of former Karmine Corp player Marshall “N4RRATE” Massey to their roster. The American spent a year with the French organization in 2024, proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that North America had previously missed out on his talents coming into 2024.

Massey is one piece to the puzzle that remains for Sentinels after the departure of both Tyson “TenZ” Van Ngo and Gustavo “Sacy” Henrique Rossi da Silva back in September. Both international champions announced their retirement from competitive VALORANT following the conclusion of their VALORANT Champions 2024 run, finishing top 4 in the end.

Massey spent a year in EMEA, competing under the Karmine Corp banner following the dissolution of the MAD Lions roster in 2023. With no VCT Americas roster looking to pick up an untested talent from Tier 2, he sought for opportunities overseas and found it with the French organization.

Karmine Corp successfully lifted their first trophy very quickly after the roster came together, beating out Team Heretics to secure the VCT EMEA Kickoff trophy. Unfortunately, it was downhill from then on for the rookie roster, with their ensuing failures to qualify for Masters Shanghai and Champions Seoul.

With N4RRATE bolstering the Sentinels roster, we can expect another strong year from the darlings of North America.
