The Berlin Major is on the horizon as the Division II playoffs are halfway for the Spring Tour. As DreamLeague Season 19 is also in its later stages, the teams are currently facing issues securing the players’ visas for The Berlin Major. Reportedly, two teams from two different regions will be using a standin'- for their run at The Berlin Major.

The King in a New Different Region

Despite having a disappointing run at the DPC Spring Tour and DreamLeague Season 19, one of  Nigma Galaxy’s players is going to The Berlin Major. Syed Sumail Hassan will standin’ for Team Aster at The Berlin Major. Team Aster’s owner confirmed it via a comment on a stream.

Nigma Galaxy also confirmed that Sumail will be standin’ for Team Aster on Twitter. Even though Nigma Galaxy got relegated, Sumail’s marvellous performance in the midlane has been consistent for the entire season. In DreamLeague Season 19, with Miracle- standin’ for the team, Sumail impact on the team became more noticeable.

However, the language barrier between Sumail and Team Aster is the major concern and issue. Although Sumail is one of the best midlaners in the scene, different players have different playstyles. Communication is the key element for teams, and Team Aster needs to resolve this issue before the start of the tournament if they want to have a successful Berlin Major run.

Despite being the first team to qualify for The Lima Major, Team Aster had a disappointing run in The Lima Major. Team Aster got eliminated during the early stages of playoffs. Team Aster also got eliminated during the first stages of group stages at the DreamLeague Season 19.

Eastern Europe’s Problem

BetBoom is another team with their Berlin Major dreams under jeopardy. Reportedly, their safelane hard carry player  Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko is having visa issues. According to the rumours, it is likely to see BetBoom switching roles for the tournament. Recently the team’s offlane player Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko, was seen practising safelane hard carry heroes. It seems he will play as a hard carry in the tournament while a substitute player will play his offlane role. Currently, the suggestions include players like ATF and Daxak. ATF’s future is uncertain in Nigma Galaxy as the team is going through role reassignment to get back on track. BetBoom never made it past group stages back at The Lima Major. The team doesn’t receive an invite to DreamLeague Season 19 at all.
