The eight weeks of VCT Pacific action ended yesterday, and what better way to consummate the League play than a superweek filled with intense action? The five-day-long superweek saw teams getting eliminated and teams getting qualified. In the end, the amazing VCT Pacific season ended, with teams seeding into the playoffs. With a total of ten games played, it'd take a lot of work to summarize each of them. Instead, we will go through the superweek day-wise while emphasizing what the win means for the team rather than how they won.

VCT Pacific League superweek Recap:

Day 1:

The first game of the first day had Paper Rex taking on GenG in the battle of the second seed. A win here guaranteed Paper Rex a second seed, and the W gaming squad ran over the Tigers, starting the superweek strong.  ZETA Division and T1 were solid contenders for the third seed, and game two of day 1 had both teams taking on each other. Both teams looked strong in the game, and after an intense battle with three maps, T1 won over the ZETA division to secure their playoffs.

Day 2:

The second day of VCT Pacific started with DRX taking on Team Secret. DRX had little on the line during the game and played with Zest after a while. The game was really important for Secret, and they needed to secure the victory to stand a chance to secure playoffs. With the odds stacked against them, Team Secret took on DRX and defeated the best team in VCT Pacific in a surprise turn of events. The second game saw Global Esports taking on Detonation FocusMe. A win in the superweek will be a consolation prize for DFM, but for GES, it meant a shot at the last playoff spots. Both teams gave it their all, and in the end, GES won the game and stayed in playoff contention.

Day 3:

Day 3 started with Talon vs. RRQ. Both teams were playing for playoff contention and needed the win. Talon started strong on the first map, but RRQ won the next two, shattering Talon's playoff dreams. RRQ still has no guaranteed spot and faces Paper Rex for qualification. The second game of the day had ZETA taking on GenG. The game was ZETA’s last chance to clinch a guaranteed playoff spot. The game started with GenG losing their map choice but forcing a third by winning ZETA’s map choice. In the third map, ZETA dominated GenG to secure the playoff spot.

Day 4:

DRX’s loss to Team Secret opened doors for Teams to take a shot at the number 1 seed in Pacific. One of the contenders running for the first seed was T1. In the game against DRX, T1 displayed their resilience but couldn’t push the Korean powerhouse to the limit and lost the game 0-2. In the second game of the day, Global Esports and Team Secret played a qualification game. Despite their attempts to take down Team Secret, Global Esports lost their playoff spot and the series to Team Secret.

Day 5:

The final day was for the final seedings, Starting with Talon taking on DFM, the day saw two quick 2-0s with Talon winning the first one. RRQ had a must win to secure playoffs but with Paper Rex’s increased firepower RRQ fell short and lost the playoff spot. After the game the standings for VCT Pacific were as follows:
