Team Falcons have claimed victory over BetBoom Team (3-1) in the DreamLeague Season 24 grand final, claiming a $300.000 prize, and solidifying their place as the most dominant team in the 2024 season.

Dreamleague season 24 had an unconventional format, having two separate group stages (one with 2 groups of 8, and then another group of 8 consisting of the top 4 teams from either group). But Falcons seemed to not feel the competitive fatigue as they cruised through another tournament. So far they have placed first in 6 out of 10 (!) premier tournaments in 2024, with their worst performance being a fourth place at The International.

The finals themselves were par for the course with BetBoom sticking to their guts with Batrider, Tusk, Beastmaster, and Natures Prophet as their staples, and Falcons bringing out their Hoodwink and Bristleback - along with a surprise visit from Venomancer (in the game they lost) as well as 2 unconventional Pugna picks.

In a lighthearted post-finals interview when asked about the Reddit posts about Falcons' controversial players, Andreas "Crit-" Nielsen responded with: "It's just me and Aui telling Ammar the same thing over and over again for 10 months, but nothing changes. Every event there is another person that wants to kill him or something."

If somehow you haven't kept up with Falcons, their roster is as follows:
1. Oliver "Skiter" Lepko
2. Stanislav "Malr1ne" Potorak
3. Ammar "ATF" Al-Assaf
4. Andreas "Crit-" Nielsen
5. Wu "Sneyking" Jiingjun

The next tier-one tournament they will participate in is ESL Bangkok at the start of December.
