Earlier today, on 12th September 2024, Riot Games officially released the public beta of VALORANT Mobile in China. The much-anticipated beta test follows the successful closed beta phase that has been running since September 2023.

With the NDA officially lifted, players can now stream the game publicly, giving fans around the world their first look at the gameplay.

However, the public beta is only available in China for the time being, with more information on a global release yet to be released by Riot Games.

Streamer Incentive Programs in China

Riot Games' decision to lift the NDA means that VALORANT Mobile is now open for public streaming across platforms like Huya, Douyu, and YouTube. The game, having already been in closed beta testing for months, is now reaching a broader audience as players and content creators eagerly showcase gameplay.

Notably, Huya and Douyu have rolled out Streamer Incentive programs in China. Offering financial rewards and promotional benefits for streamers showcasing VALORANT Mobile gameplay. This has quickly sparked new content as players explore the mobile version of the popular tactical shooter.

Within hours of the NDA being lifted, streams started appearing on these platforms, drawing audiences eager to see how the mobile version compares to its PC counterpart. With gameplay now accessible to the masses, the game is expected to gain even more traction in the coming days.

Among the most exciting aspects of the mobile version are the mobile-exclusive features. Including but not limited to: Gyro mode for enhanced aim control and a replay and highlights system, which many players are eager to test out. The visual quality and smooth performance of the game, even in this beta phase, have impressed many early testers. And the feedback so far has been largely positive.
