Premier Updates

The Premier mode, VALORANT’s competitive team-based experience, is receiving a much-needed visual overhaul in Patch 9.07. The update focuses primarily on the playoff bracket and match history interfaces, giving players a clearer and more streamlined view of their competitive progress.

Key Visual Changes:

  • Best-of-1 Playoff Bracket Redesign: The Premier playoff bracket in Best of 1 matches now features a modernized visual style, improving clarity and navigation.
  • Best-of-3 Match History Grouping: For Contender and Invite divisions, all games in Bo3 matchups will now also be grouped under one heading in the match history, making it easier to track and analyze performance.

These updates will provide a more intuitive experience for players in the Premier system, ensuring that teams can easily follow their progression through playoffs and access important match data.

Agent and Map Updates

Beyond the Premier updates, Patch 9.07 undoubtedly brings several changes to agents and maps, enhancing gameplay consistency and addressing various bugs. Some key highlights include:

  • Agent Updates: Cypher’s Spycam can no longer be placed in unintended spots, and Neon’s sliding ability bug has been fixed.
  • Map Changes: Adjustments on Abyss, Bind, Lotus, and other maps ensure smoother gameplay by preventing agents from exploiting unintended areas.

While the patch brings multiple updates, the Premier system's visual overhaul is the highlight for many in the VALORANT community. With a cleaner, more organized bracket and match history view, players will have an easier time following their competitive journey in Patch 9.07
